Are you looking for an exciting HR position? If so, don't
miss out on this opportunity to join the Human Resources team serving CBC/Radio-Canada
as a Human Resources Business Partner.
Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, you will be
actively involved in developing strategic and operational plans to help clients
meet their organizational and professional objectives. To that end, you will
identify relevant trends and best practices to help your clients position
themselves favourably for future challenges and adjust their business and operating
models as needed. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing
strategies in the areas of change management, talent development, organizational change, disability
management as well as employee and labour relations.
Three to five years' human resources and/or industrial
relations consulting experience in a fast-paced unionized environment
Bachelor's degree in human resources management, industrial
relations or a related field
CHRP/CHRL designation is required
Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset
Sound judgment, the ability to make difficult decisions to
resolve complex problems involving clients and services, and the ability to
make and stand behind recommendations
Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with leaders and
employees at every level of the organization
Excellent skills in all Microsoft applications
Current knowledge of industry trends and best practices
An understanding of the broadcasting industry
Proven track record of relationship building
Ability to work independently
Proactive and high performing
Professionalism and tact
Light travel may be required
Candidates may be subject to skills and knowledge testing.
