Passport Health Operations Support Specialist- Full time

Passport Health is a national provider of travel health services, travel vaccinations, travel medications and life event wellness solutions. The Operations Support Specialist is a junior level position, supporting Operations. The Operations Support Specialist provides administrative operational support to our management team. These activities include responding to inquiries in a prompt, courteous, effective and professional manner, creating and delivering documentation, contracts and reports, among other administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people and administration, while having a desire and aptitude for learning new skills and processes in a small corporate environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Key member of the management team and contributor in the achievement of corporate strategic goals and objectives.
  • Fluent in French (native speakers preferred)
  • Oversees the day-to-day activities of service delivery and expense management of all clinics.
  • Controls inventory among all facilities
  • Support the operations strategic planning and budgeting processes, expansion and execute operating plans to achieve high levels of profitability and to promote company initiatives.
  • Proactively advise the leadership team about clinics performance, recommendations for improvements and analysis of all statistics.
  • Establish plans, goals and metrics to recommend new operational processes in leading the organization to meet customer quality and delivery expectations.
  • Provide strategic direction for projects and improvement opportunities throughout the operations business
  • Aligns with and supports other staff functions in the development and implementation of short-term and long-term plans to meet business objectives.
  • Promotes a work environment of open communication; support and encourage employees to forward suggestions for improved workplace processes

Duties include:

  • Resolving customer issues
  • filling orders, and inspecting vaccines and medication among all clinics.
  • Ordering supplies and preparing sales reports
  • Able to work flexible hours
  • Ability to read and write in French; organized
  • Background in Finance, marketing or relevant field
  • Relevant experience
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Love communicating with people; with good work ethics and attitude
  • Able and willing to travel
