Engineers Canada invites applications for the position of Administrator, Regulatory Excellence. The Administrator, Regulatory Excellence provides support to the Qualifications Board and its committees.

- Coordinate meetings; organize resources required for meeting participants to achieve meeting outcomes.
- Extract information from a variety of sources to create agendas and prepare minutes.
- Disseminate information to Board and committee members.
- Communicate, coordinate and follow-up on action items identified in meetings. Recommend mitigation strategies when deadlines are at risk of being missed.
- Edit and proof documents, develop and recommend communications content (newsletter articles, correspondence, contact lists, website, communications plan).
- Provide high level support to the Practice Lead, Qualifications.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Three to five years’ progressive expreience providing high level support in an autonomous environment.
Proven success in providing superior service and support in a busy, demanding environment
Experience in agenda preparation, minute preparation, and drafting of written materials.
Experience in coordinating events
Experience working with the wide diversity of cultures within staff, volunteers, and the community in general.
Experience in an association environment would be an asset.
Language: Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in French is desirable.
