Bookkeeper (Full-Time) Job Opening in Ottawa, ON - Business Leaders Acquisition Consulting Recruitment 2017

Business Leaders Acquisition Consulting is currently seeking a Full-Time Bookkeeper who can maintain records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions and ensuring legal requirements compliance. The ideal candidate will be dealing with Independent Contractors and the processing of Accounts Payable and Receivable for the company.

Job Requirements include:

  • Full-cycle bookkeeping experience.
  • Data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to analyze complex information.
  • Maintenance of confidentiality and thoroughness.
  • Able to develop standards to ensure legal compliance.

Work Experience and Education:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks software.
  • Diploma or Certificate in Accounting.
