Statement of Qualifications: Students are not required to have previous work experience to apply.
They must demonstrate in their application that they meet the education requirement and the essential qualifications identified below to be retained for further consideration.
Language Requirements: English, French or Bilingual
Presently enrolled as a full time student in a post-secondary institution (college or university) in :
Science and Engineering: Nuclear, Physics, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, Human factors, Environmental, Health, Biology
Business Administration: Business Administration, Communications, Political Sciences; Information Technology
Administrative Support: Office Administration; etc.
Registered to return to a post-secondary institution (college or university) in September 2017 as a full-time student.
A proof of enrollment and current transcripts will be required.

Security level depending on the position's responsibilities:
This position requires a Canadian Reliability Status. The security clearance is a basic hiring condition and normally requires that you have five (5) years of verifiable personal background history. History that cannot be verified may be grounds for denial of clearance.
This position requires a Canadian Site Access Security clearance. The security clearance is a basic hiring condition and normally requires that you have five (5) years of verifiable personal background history. History that cannot be verified may be grounds for denial of clearance.
This position requires a Canadian Secret Security clearance. The security clearance is a basic hiring condition and normally requires that you have ten (10) years of verifiable personal background history. History that cannot be verified may be grounds for denial of clearance.
This position requires a Canadian Top Secret Security clearance. The security clearance is a basic hiring condition and normally requires that you have ten (10) years of verifiable personal background history. History that cannot be verified may be grounds for denial of clearance.
Medical: Pre-employment medical evaluation may be required depending on the position's responsibilities.
Other: All employees must comply with all the conditions stipulated in the CNSC Values and Ethics Code.
Mobility: All CNSC employees are subject to the Mobility Assignment Program and may be transferred to a different work unit or geographical location due to operational requirements.
