Your role
Under the supervision of finance chiefs, you will coordinate the steps involved in processing in-house and external service requests, ensure that the relevant procedures and policies are applied, and perform administrative duties required to run the department.
In addition, under the supervision of finance chiefs, you are going to write letters of commitment and contracts between Radio-Canada and independent producers. You fill in forms of investment funds in connection with film projects and television, you keep track of signatures and sent to the various departments of CBC / Radio-Canada.
Qualifications
You possess:
  • College diploma in administration or a related field
  • Minimum one year's experience performing administrative duties
  • Basic knowledge of TV production
  • Good knowledge of the Windows environment and MS Word and Excel
  • Fluency in written and spoken French
  • Knoweldge of software On Air is an asset
  • Knowledge of software SPEC is an asset
  • English is an asset.
