Are you a proactive, energetic, strategic minded Human Resources professional? This position, based in Toronto, is a unique opportunity to provide HR support to our business partners. Reporting to Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for working with the HR team to provide the full range of Human Resources consultative services. This position requires someone with an ability to work independently and within a team. Fluency in English and French is required.
If you’re creative, have a strong HR knowledge and an effective communicator, this role could be for you.
Qualifications
You possess:
  • A university degree, with courses in human resources/industrial relations. CHRP an asset.
  • At least 3 years’ job related experience in the Human resources field.
  • Strong, dynamic communication skills in both French and English.
  • A creative approach to problem solving and change management
  • A strong client focus and ability to provide HR support to a client group.
  • The ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with managers and staff at every level of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability and experience to effectively interpret collective agreements and corporate policies, procedure and reports.
  • An enthusiasm about working for the public broadcaster, implementing corporate programs and initiatives.
  • An understanding of the broadcasting industry including multimedia platforms is an asset.
